Big Idea Leather Album

I was looking for a very good quality (substantial leather journal) as a gift. This product underwhelmed me. In all fairness, the leather is beautiful but the “torn” pages were cut using craft scissors that my daughter used when she was young. Very cheap looking. I’m disappointed in the personalization—it’s so tiny and ill-fitting on the cover. I expected it to be larger for the size journal I got (the 10x10 size). Instead, it’s very small and unnaturally too far to the right (it’s almost at the bottom and right edge). It doesn’t look right. But it’s fine I guess. Finally, I paid $13 extra for the gift box. Save your money. It’s a flimsy/thin t-shirt box that is way too large for my journal. I’m going to toss it and find something better. For the money I spent, I expected a little more.

So I bought personalized leather-bound sketchbook as a Christmas gift for my neice. I was anxious to get it in because I think it is a cool gift for her. Well it came damaged, bummer. I sent a email and I received a return email within minutes. I had asked if this was something that I could clean and not further damaging the book? The customer service Rep.said it looked like the dye had bled through so unfortunately no. The customer service representative Corin I spoke with, was understanding, and honestly the best customer service I have ever received. There was a confirmation on a replacement in minutes. The product is absolutely gorgeous and think will be loved by our neice. We will definitely support the company again if we ever are in the market for a item they sell. Thank you Corin and Rustico.

Just beautiful. From the leather, pages, binding, packaging, everything. Amazing quality. I had been researching scrapbook albums from a bunch of different companies before I decided on rustico and I’m so glad I did.

I ordered this leather album to use in exchange of buying cards every year for holidays. Each kid gets a page to draw a picture or write a note to dad for Father’s Day or his birthday. Cards usually get lost or we don’t save them at all. Now they can be kept in one special place that will last and we can look back on!

I love this journal. I ordered it to be a fitness, happiness journal for myself. I LOVE it. It feels good to hold. It has that nice real leather smell. I love the little scars and scratches my hands put into it every time I use it. Thank you for constructing such a fabulous product! The wax string hand stitched binding is very well crafted. Thank you for the attention to detail.
